Confession :: Not a Fan of Flying! Next week I will be flying out for the PBS Kids annual meeting in Miami, Florida as part of their PBS Kids VIP Ambassador Program.  Recently, they asked me if I would like to become a member of this group and as many of you know, I love PBS Kids!  Their programs are rich with great characters and quite educational such as Word Girl (love her sidekick monkey Captain Huggyface) and Wild Kratts: Creature Power.       Laughter is Good for the Soul!     We have done our fair share of flying with little people, and I don’t mean the plastic variety. Christopher F. "Chris" Kratt and his older brother Martin Kratt  grew up in Warren Township, New Jersey.  Together they host  the television programs Kratts' Creatures, Zoboomafoo, and Be the Creature (which airs on the National Geographic Channel), and Wild Kratts (which airs on PBS Kids and TVOKids).  I had a chance to speak to these energetic brothers who have a real passion for educating kids about wild and sea life. Great Wolf Lodge: Fun for Everyone

  The Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls, Ontario: We recently surprised the kids with a two-night stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This indoor water park boasts over 100,000 square feet of water-packed fun, including scream-worthy slides for risk takers—not for the faint of heart!—and zero-depth entry areas for wee ones. Salt Lake City For The Holidays

I love to travel and see the world, but I have found some wonderful things to do and see right in my own back yard.
